Customer Eligibility
We are against selling products to customers who are below 18 years of age. Whenever one places an order at our store, he/she needs to mention his/her age limit. In case it is found that the customer is not 18 or above, his/her order will not be taken.
Timely Intimation for Order Cancellation
A maximum period of 2 working days will be allotted to customers for reporting any inappropriate product. If the customer fails to report within this time, the request for canceling the order shall not be accepted.
Product Replacement and Refund
We would always replace the product only if it is delivered in bad condition or it is delivered with any dispute. Hence, no request for a money refund will be accepted.
Return Requests for Used Products
We deal in fresh and premium quality products only. Therefore, we will not accept return requests for any product that has been already used by the customer. No matter what the reason is, we will not take any return requests in this matter.
Return Requests for Damaged Products
If we find that the customer is responsible for causing damage to a product that has been delivered in good condition from our end, we will not accept any request for returning the product. However, if we are answerable for any harm caused to the product, we would consider a return request from the customer.
