Refund & Cancellation policy

Fashionvibes India preserves a set of refund and cancellation policies to ensure that there is no miscommunication or inconvenience in regard to its services.

 

Refunding an Order

Any product bought in proper condition from Fashionvibes India will NOT be refundable. Hence, no request for a refund will be accepted in this matter.

If any product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or has been wrongly shipped from our end, you need to give us a call at +91 8436042283

Alternatively, you can email us with your order number and product details at info@fashionvibesindia.com

Fashionvibes India would only refund the money if found genuinely responsible for the reason for return. In case the customer damages the product for no matter what reason, we will not refund the money.

Requests for order refunding will be accepted from all parts of India and overseas as well.

 

Cancelling an Order

If you had bought a product from Fashionvibes India and have already made the payment, you can still opt for cancellation.

For this, you must call us at +91 8436042283 or send us an email at info@fashionvibesindia.com within 2 working days from the date of payment.

If this time period for cancellation exceeds, we would not accept any request for order cancellation.

Requests for order cancellation will be accepted from all parts of India and overseas as well.

 

Order Cancellation Post Shipping

In case the customer makes payment and the order is already shipped from our end, he/she can still opt for cancellation. For this, the customer must receive the product initially from the courier. 

Once the customer has the product, our representative will be there to pick it up for return. 

Here, the customer will have to pay only the courier charges. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days to his/her account.
